 As a fully trained and experienced yoga teacher I help my clients find relief from chronic pain and freedom from stress and coach them as they embark on a

My approach to yoga is based in the ancient Ayurvedic philosophies of Kaya Kalp 
originated in my native India. Whether you are a complete beginner, or an experienced yogi
keen to explore a new form of practice, I will guide you through a series of postures tailored
to help you address whatever challenges you are facing and also help you feel energised
and invigorated in body and mind. Traditional Indian healers believe that Kaya Kalp has the
power to slow down the ageing process and help you live a long and healthy life. While I
cannot promise to turn back time, I can guarantee that my classes will leave you feeling
rejuvenated.

I have learnt traditional indian baby massage from my Mum in India. Teaching Baby Massage from 2-3 weeks old up to the age of 1.5 years, for Babies and for Moms: freshening massage and baby gymnastics for the little ones. The benefits of massage are very well-known. During the first months of life, body contact is especially important. It influences the development of personality in babies in a positive way.

 

Babies experience caressing and the closeness of bodies as a sign of love. It is proven by many researches that babies who are massaged regularly, later on have better communication skills, and cry less than babies of their age. Also, they are more open and friendly. Regular massage also has a positive effect on the development of babies’ locomotors system, muscle tone and co-ordination. It can also help sick children, but in these cases consulting a pediatrician is a must. Massage just simply makes babies and their Moms happy, strengthen the communication between them and make everybody more relaxed. Fathers can learn it too!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It is never too late to start the massage, but it is the best before the baby gets 12 months old and you can start it right after the baby is born.

I provide courses for parents (both mothers and fathers) to learn to do the massage, 3 or 4 occasions (depends on how confident you are doing the massage by yourself), each occasion is 30-45 minutes long. There will be time left for the questions and do it by yourself.

We experience complete contentment when body, mind, and spirit are in complete harmony. While modern conventional medicine can often relieve the outward symptoms of physical or emotional illness, these days many people look to the East for holistic treatments that can provide a true sense of tranquility and wellbeing.

Many people struggle to “switch off” from the pressures and hectic pace of day to day life and feel totally relaxed; I work with my clients to help them escape from escalating tension, anxiety, and depression and find a sense of tranquility and mindfulness. I offer both full body massage, aromatherapy and Indian head massage, tailoring all my treatments to exactly meet my clients’ specific needs.
