My name is Dinesh Harpal, I am a trained yoga teacher and massage therapist, living in North London (Islington). I was born in 1981, in Jamshedpur, India and I have been practicing different forms of yoga from my childhood. I learnt massage from my mother, among them the baby massage techniques.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

During my school years I played basketball and did athletics. While in high school, I earned a bronze medal in a local mini marathon in which I competed barefoot.

I moved to Budapest in 2008, where I worked as a kindergarten teacher for five years. In the meantime, I had private yoga students, both adults and children. I also studied art, completing a course in animation and in my spare time I run half marathon and climbed the Triglav mountain in Slovenia.

 

In 2014 I moved to UK and started to work with elderly people as a carer which I am still doing. My family is here with me since last year. I started to teach yoga for elderly people and providing massage after completing courses at The Beauty Academy in London. 

 

I am a strong and very kind person with a good heart and would like to help.
